The BRI Platform · In development
Continuous sight of behavioural risk, across the enterprise
The BRI Platform applies the same methodology as the BIRA, continuously. It reads the patterns of interaction an organisation produces every day and reports function-level signals to risk leadership as they form.
The principle
Patterns of interaction. Never content.
The platform does not read what people write or say. Risk is not defined by individual messages; it is defined by how patterns of interaction evolve over time. That is what the engine analyses, and by design it is all the engine can analyse.
This is an architectural commitment, not a policy setting. The capability to read content is structurally absent from the signal pipeline. It cannot be switched on, misconfigured or quietly re-enabled.
What it delivers
Intelligence in the form risk leadership can use
- I
Function-level signals, as they form
Not an alert queue. A developing picture of how behaviour is trending inside each function, with confidence stated.
- II
Trajectory, not snapshots
The platform's value is time. It shows how a signal has built, which is what distinguishes noise from risk.
- III
Human judgement preserved
The platform issues no automated escalation directives. It informs the people accountable for the decision.
- IV
Defensible by design
Output rules are designed against UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and FCA expectations, so the intelligence can be shown to a regulator, not hidden from one.
Status
In build, with a working engine
The BRI engine exists and is in active development as a sealed, independently versioned core. The enterprise platform around it is being built now, and we are holding early conversations with a small number of organisations whose risk environments will shape it.
If you lead risk in an environment where behaviour moves faster than your controls, we would like to talk to you. The BIRA is the fastest way to experience the methodology while the platform is in build.
